After finishing school in the medical field, you are excited to start your grand journey into the unknown. Armed with the knowledge that you need, you come home to find a strange package at your doorstep. Intrigued, you open it to find a simple key, and a map to somewhere that is unknown. Following the map, you come across an old hospital, which is apparently your inheritance from your grandfather! He has given you your own hospital to run, and you couldn’t be more thrilled. It will take a lot of work, but your Dream Hospital is there for you.
Dream Hospital – Hospital Simulation Game is a simple builder game. You are fresh out of school, and must now create an up and coming hospital, run to your dream standards. You need to make sure that you are always on top of things. Ensuring that your hospital always has the necessary tools and appliances to help patients be treated, as well as ensuring that they are seen in a timely manner is important. As such, it is up to you to turn the hospital that was given to you by your grandfather to the fullest extent.
Dream Hospital Game Help
Although this can be done to any which way you would like, there are a few things that must be noted when playing. As such, knowing these tips will help you to succeed no matter how far or short you are into the game. They can be broken down into a few steps, so let’s go over them.
What to Buy
As you start out, there are many things that you can buy and use. These include such things as wards, front of house desks, and even more. Making sure you keep track of what you buy is important, as stacking multiples of the same bought piece are not going to help you in the long run.
To start, make sure you have the bare necessities. Make sure that you have a proper waiting room, with plenty of chairs for your patients to sit in. if they do not have any chairs, you will end up losing patients and money, as they will not be able to sit down and wait to be seen, and the hospital will be seen as overcrowded.
Next, ensure that all of your utilities are not too far away from each other. For instance, do not place your front desk at the very back of the hospital, as that slows down the process of having a patient come into the hospital. Instead, place the amenities and facilities at a decent pace between everything, to ensure that the walk for the patient is not that far away.
As you progress through the game, you will be able to upgrade and ramp up your hospital facilities. Different facilities will offer different values, so make sure you take into account everything that they do. The easiest way to take care of this problem is to upgrade all of your facilities at the same rate, if possible. For instance, don’t upgrade your heli-pad all the way as high as it can go, when you could get the same out of evenly upgrading everything across the board, at a much lower price. As upgrading costs money, as you upgrade higher and higher, the prices will skyrocket. So, slowly upgrade, and spare your facility the need of constantly upgrading a single utility.
Spacing Things Properly
The second thing that you need to do is to learn how to space all of your amenities and facilities properly. Like with most games, you must learn how to space stuff out to ensure that you will always have enough room, even if you don’t have the coin to expand. Starting out, you only have limited space to actually work with. As you grow, you can slowly gain more land to build on, and as such, build more facilities all throughout your land. But, making use of your land that you have currently is best, even if it makes it feel stuffy.
To start, make sure you leave no dead space. Dead space refers to empty squares that could be used to place an item. For instance, each amenity or facility takes up certain squares on your map. They are usually in a 3×3 or 4×4 setting, or some form of that nature. As such, you can stack a lot of these different facilities right beside each other, utilizing the fact that they are very box-like to set up. So, when putting them in order, make sure not to have any random extra solo zones, which indicate that there could be something there. The more that you allow these random little boxes to show up, the more space is being wasted instead of being used. As such, minimize these to ensure success.
Do this for each opening of new space you get. Make sure you are constantly filling out completely each zone, and that way you will not be left with empty spaces. This will also help you to not expand too quickly, and not waste money on expanding space when you could simply re-organize your space to make use of all of your extra room.
These are just a few of the tips that I have seen that will help to ensure a steady build path when you are creating your hospital from scratch. But, remember, that you can play the game however you would like to. Just remember, steady upgrading will be the best choice to work with. When steadily upgrading, you spend less for the same amount of increase in profits, whereas the constant upgrading of a single facility would cause massive problems in funding, as the upgrade rate would increase exponentially. Also, when you plan out your layout, try to cut out any dead space, or extra solo blocks. This will help you to spend less on spacing, without having to actually expand your hospital. Use every spot available to you, and you will always spend less. So, good luck, and happy healing!
