Android users have the option to block phone numbers in their call history, contacts, messages and settings.
How to delete blocked numbers on android
Step 1: On your device, go to Phone app > More (3 dots menu) > Settings in the drop-down menu.
Step 2: Tap Call blocking or Blocked numbers. All the numbers you have blocked will appear here.
Step 3: Select the number you want to unblock and then tap Unblock.
When you delete a blocked number does it stay blocked?
When you block someone on your phone, their number is stored with other blocked numbers in your phone’s memory. Even if you delete their contact information from your phone, their number is still listed as someone you don’t want calling again.
Blocked list is a separate list that you can manage just like your contact list.
How long does a number stay blocked?
It depends on the phone, but it’s usually permanent. If you really want to call them, then you’ll have to unblock them.
