Accessibility features are designed to make the world of computing more accessible for those with disabilities. But these features can also make it difficult for users who don’t have a disability — and even for some with one. That’s because accessibility options hide or disable features that are easy to use, such as minimizing or hiding the status bar. It’s important to know how to turn off accessibility features on Android so you can use the OS as it was intended.
On the newer Android versions, you can remove the accessibility shortcut from the screen. To do this, go to Settings > Accessibility > Accessibility Shortcut > Turn off accessibility shortcuts.
